Throughout South Florida just the mere mention of the Breakers Resort causes a person to
imagine palm trees gently swaying in the breeze, the cool crystal blue waters of the
Atlantic Ocean and the sort of pampering that everyone should experience at least once in
their lives. Situated on 140 acres of beach front property, the Breakers is the most
luxurious place to stay while visiting Palm Beach County. For over 100 years the resort
has acted as a vacation playground to families and couples as well as the rich and famous.
Even by Palm Beach's standards this is the creme de la creme.
Spacious Guestrooms
Throughout the years the Breakers has been the recipient of such prestigious
awards as the "Mobile Travel Guide Five-Star Award", the "AAA Five Diamond Award" and the
"Premier Property Award". The Breakers boasts 569 beautifully appointed guestrooms, 45 of
which are suites. Of the suites two are Imperial Suites and two are Presidential Suites.
Guests who choose to stay in the Superior Rooms may opt for either a king-size bed or two
double beds. The Deluxe Rooms are more spacious than the Superior Rooms and are ideal for
families. Both room types offer various views of the resort. The Full Oceanfront Rooms
offer phenomenal views of the Atlantic. The private balcony is an ideal place to watch the
sunrise. The Oceanfront Junior Suite is furnished with a king-size bed. The sitting area
is a wonderful place to enjoy a cocktail before heading off to dinner.
Luxurious Suites
All of the full suites are one-bedroom. The Superior Suites offer a luxurious Jacuzzi
and a separate shower. The Flagler Club Suites are located on the top two floors of the
hotel. Guests may choose between rooms that are furnished with a king-size bed and feature
an ocean view or rooms that are furnished with two double beds and feature and island
view. These 28 suites are more spacious and allow for more one-on-one service. Guests who
stay at the Flagler Club have their own private concierge and enjoy separate check-in/out
privileges. Guests also have full access to the Flagler Club Lounge which serves excellent
food and beverages throughout the day, while taking in a breathtaking view of the ocean.
Guests who opt to stay in one of the resort's Oceanfront Suites will be pleased to
discover that each suite offers three separate balconies that overlook the Atlantic.
